Welcome to my crib!

Hi all! Welcome to this: your home. Your lair where you can hide from the ignorance of the web. This secret society of cool kids who like java and scripts. My name is Jorge, and I am currently a software engineer at a very cool startup called Scalable Press. I plan to talk in this humble space about (yes, you guessed it) JavaScript, but also about things that have interested me and that I think you will also be interested in. One of the first questions I asked myself when organizing this blog or the personal page was whether I should do the content in English or Spanish. When I was starting on this beautiful adventure called web development I came across the vast amount of great content and the diversity of technology out there. There is already an incredible gap that makes that content accessible to all of LATAM (Latin America, if you are from this gap that it mentions) only for people who know English or at least understand it. Therefore, some of this content will be in Spanish, as long as something else (such as learning English) does not precede me.
